On the 4th of January 2007, the Supreme Pontiff of Hinduism conducted one of the earliest Acharya Training for Nithyananda Yoga. He addressed this blessed early batch of Acharyas with the real essence of Nithya Yoga — Yoga for Eternity. The following is His own words.

“Yoga means uniting. It is a process, an intense and high energy process that can lead you to enlightenment. Yoga is constantly happening in your being if you live in a natural way. I have done extensive research on Yoga. Whatever I experienced, I wholly offer through Nithya Yoga.

I owe this to Raghupati Yoga, who when I was 3 years old, opened up the essence of his vast knowledge to me. I will pass on to you, his experiments with me and my experiences with him. He was a great Master in yoga. Difficult postures which I could not dream of doing, I used to do effortlessly with just a tight hug from him! This is the first time I am going to express my yogic experiences.

Be very clear: In Nithya Yoga, I will be adding more movements to your life AND more life to your movements. Nithya Yoga will work directly upon the software you are made up of. Then automatically, the hardware will become healthy!”
